Matthew Barrett is Tutor of Systematic Theology and Church History at Oak Hill Theological College in London, as well as the founder and executive editor of Credo Magazine. Barrett is the author of numerous book reviews and articles in academic and popular journals and magazines. He is the author of several books, including Salvation by Grace: The Case for Effectual Calling and Regeneration, Owen on the Christian Life, and God’s Word Alone: The Authority of Scripture. Lee Comings is a graphic designer for Credo Magazine from Temecula, CA. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design and Web Development from Cal Baptist University. Lee attends Revival Christian Fellowship in Menifee, CA and also enjoys photography and spending time outdoors with his wife Megan and three kids Liam, Penny and Ellie.
Timothy Raymond is an editor for Credo Magazine and has been the pastor of Trinity Baptist Church in Muncie, Indiana since April 2006. He received his MDiv from the Baptist Bible Seminary of Pennsylvania in 2004 and has pursued further education through the Christian Counseling and Educational Foundation. Tim grew up outside Syracuse, NY and previously served at Berean Baptist Church, Nicholson, PA (member and teacher during college and seminary) and Calvary Baptist Church, Sandusky, Ohio (seminary internship location). Tim met his wife Bethany at college, and they were married in May 2001. Tim enjoys reading, weight-lifting, wrestling with his three sons, and attempting to sleep.
Matthew Claridge is an editor for Credo Magazine and is Senior Pastor of Mt. Idaho Baptist Church in Grangeville, ID. He has earned degrees from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is married to Cassandra and has two children, Alec and Nora.
Gary Steward is a book review editor in church history and historical theology for Credo Magazine. He served as pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Canada from 2004-2011. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Church History and Historical Theology at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He coauthored a curriculum for youth on biblical manhood and womanhood with Children Desiring God, entitled Rejoicing in God’s Good Design, and he is the author of a forthcoming book from P&R, called Old Princeton: A Guided Tour of Its Leading Men and Their Writings.
Joshua Greever is book review editor of biblical studies for Credo Magazine. He is a Ph.D. candidate in the field of New Testament at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is a member of Clifton Baptist Church where he teaches Sunday school. Previously he served as pastor of Pleasant Home Baptist Church in Prague, OK. He is married to Amelia and they have two children, Daniel and Anna.
Matt Manry is an editor for Credo Magazine as well as Assistant Pastor at Life Bible Church in Canton, Georgia. He is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Religion at Reformed Theological Seminary and a Masters of Arts in Christian and Classical Studies from Knox Theological Seminary. Emily Burrow is a graphic designer for Credo Magazine from Ontario, Canada. She is currently pursuing a degree in Biblical Counseling at Boyce College, the undergraduate college of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. In addition to Emily’s graphic design activities, she also specializes in freelance video motion graphics and editing/post production. Emily currently serves both Crossing Church in Louisville Kentucky as well as Harvest Bible Chapel of Waterloo Region, Ontario, Canada.
Catharine Clayton has an American Studies degree from Hillsdale College and lives in Houston, Texas, where she works in IT, moonlights as a freelance editor, and attends Christ the King Presbyterian Church.
John Ferguson is currently pursuing an M.A. in Theological Studies from the Midwest Center for Theological Studies. He previously served as an interim Youth Pastor and Deacon and presently serves as a Bible teacher. Theodore Lee (M.D., University of Pennsylvania) is a deacon and the organist at the New Hyde Park Baptist Church in New Hyde Park, New York. He has advanced degrees in medicine and biochemistry, was previously on the faculty of the New York University School of Medicine, and currently works in the pharmaceutical industry. Ted is married to Patricia and they have three children, Brian, Allen, and Amy.

Chris Holmes (Ph.D., Southern Baptist Theological Seminary) has served since 2007 as the Pastor of Discipleship at Yellow Creek Baptist Church in Owensboro, Kentucky. His dissertation focused on Benjamin Keach’s use of metaphorical language in his sermons. Chris’s research interests include the study of seventeenth-century Baptist preaching and Benjamin Keach, in particular. He is married to Beth, and they have one son, Henry.
Jake Grogan is Pastoral Assistant at Bethel Baptist Church in Sellersville, PA, where he has been serving since 2007. He received his MDiv from Calvary Baptist Seminary in Lansdale, PA in 2013. He and his wife, Mandy, have four children: Breanna, Austin, Kailey, and Chelsea.
Steve Lee (MA, Wheaton College Graduate School; DMin, American Evangelical Christian University) serves as editor of the American Evangelical Christian Churches (AECC) monthly newsletter. He also translates (Spanish to English) the Ecuadorian Prison Ministry missionary letters. Steve has been married to Carol for over 53 years and they have three grown and married children, as well as six grandkids.
